Nope, no mistakes there. I wasn't as fond of Director Shepard, but I think that's because she had a very abrasive style that didn't mesh well with Gibbs and team. She was an excellent boss, though, and the multiple plots involving her, the team, and Benoit were well-written and reflected on her accurately.
